Goldman Sachs has lowered its forecast for the growth of the Chinese economy due to outbreak of Corona virus, the continued stoppage of industry and services, the disruption of economic activity, and the breakdown of global supply chains due to the closure of many factories and stores in China.

The GDP is expected to decline in the first quarter of the year by 9% year-on-year, compared to previous expectations at a growth of 3.5%.
