Reuters poll predicts US GDP growth of 2.6% in 2018

The latest survey by Reuters from January 11 to 19, on more than 100 economists, showed average GDP in the United States is expected to average 2.6% in 2018 against December polls of 2.%. While the economy is expected to grow by 2.2% in 2019 versus December polls at 2.1%.

On the other hand, 59 Economists out of 76 believe that the tax cut plan will significantly boost the US economy this year. Inflation could target 2% by the fourth quarter of the year compared to December's second quarter of 2019. In the end, polls showed the Fed may raise interest rates three times this year.
