Putin: Russia must diversify currencies in international trade

Russian President Vladimir Putin said today that Moscow needs to diversify its foreign currency for international trade, not just rely on the U.S. dollar for such deals.

The Russian central bank is working to increase its share of gold and Chinese Yuan in its coffers amid the risk of further U.S. sanctions that could target Russia's ability to trade internationally.
