Trump and Putin are scheduled to meet in Helsinki on July 16, but the Kremlin went out to show that the situation on the world oil market is unlikely to be the main issue on the agenda when they meet.
Last week Trump tweeted about oil prices, saying he had received Saudi Arabia's agreement that oil prices were too high. But it seems that Russia is not looking to go the same way when it comes to matters with Trump.
