- Warns that oil prices may exceed $ 80 a barrel unless other producers act to offset deepening supply losses in Iran and Venezuela.
- There is a risk to demand outlook in 2019 as well.
- There are challenges facing emerging markets such as currency devaluation and trade disputes.
- At present, risks are not enough to change expectations so far.
