The German central bank said in its monthly report released Monday morning that the pace of economic growth may suffer from some slowdown somewhat. The highlights of the report are:

  • The German economy is still on the right track.
  • Household consumption continues to drive economic growth.
  • Weak factory orders from major engines slowed the growth of the economy in the third quarter.
  • The trade dispute was not the main reason for the decline in manufacturing sentiment.
  • Differences can undoubtedly increase the pressures on global economic growth.
