Inflation data improved markedly at the end of last year, with consumer prices rising by 0.3% on monthly basis in November from 0.1%. A major factor contributing to consumer price growth is the rise in service prices, as well as the prices of manufactured products. As food prices stabilized and energy prices fell.

On the other hand, consumer price growth stabilized on a year-on-year basis at 1.2% during the period after four successive months of continuous rise. The stability of inflation came as a result of the slowdown in prices of energy and food, while the rate of growth of prices of manufactured products slowed slightly, while prices of services rose by 1.0% during the last three months.
