Facebook has suspended nearly 200 applications so far in the first phase of its review of applications that could have access to large amounts of user data, in response to the Cambridge Analtica scandal.

These applications have been suspended pending a comprehensive investigation into whether they misused any user data. Mark Zuckerberg, Facebook's chief executive, launched an investigation on March 21 and all applications that could have access to large amounts of information will be investigated.
