44% of British people want to stay in the EU

A poll in Britain showed that the British people for the first time wanted to vote on the final deal of Brexit.

The poll by YouGov showed that 44 percent of voters wanted a final deal on the Brexit negotiated by British Prime Minister Theresa May, while 36 percent did not. Nearly a quarter of voters on leaving the EU want to vote on the final terms of the deal.

The poll shows for the first time that people want to vote at the end on Brexit negotiations.

When asked whether there was now a vote to leave the EU, 44% said they would like to stay, while 5% said they had changed their mind and wanted to stay, while 41% still wanted to leave the EU.
