Chances to reach a Brexit deal is now 50-50

Latvia's foreign affairs minister said in an interview with BBC that the chance of Britain's failure to reach an agreement on its exit from the European Union before the end of March next year is now 50-50.

With less than eight months to go before the Brexit, the government has not yet approved the exit package and has intensified plans to leave without formal deal.

British Foreign Secretary Jeremy Hunt said the risk of a lack of no-deal Brexit increasing and that the possibility of going out without a deal must be prepared.
