Barkindo: oil output cut measures had 107% conformity in 2017

OPEC General Secretary Muhamad Barkindo comments was as following:

  • Jan 2018 conformity was 133%.
  • Global oil demand to grow in 2018 by 1.6mln bpd, due to encouraging environment.
  • Oil output cut measures had 107% conformity in 2017.
