Australian new PM not planning for any election soon

Malcolm Turnbull, the former Australian prime minister, went to the media after being ousted and replaced by former Treasury Secretary Scott Morrison.

  • Morrison is a loyal treasurer and I wish him the best in the role of prime minister.

While the remarks of Scott Morrison, the new prime minister as follows:

  • The urgent priority is to address drought.
  • The new cabinet will be sworn in next week.
  • The formation of the government will be considered over the weekend.
